Scope
Normalisation des aspects suivants des textiles, produits textiles et composants textiles: 1) méthodes d'essai; 2) termes et définitions; 3) spécifications et si nécessaire, leurs classifications exprimées en terme de comportement attendu, et en particulier si elles sont demandées par d'autres comités techniques, la CEC ou EFTA. Equipement adéquat pour le contrôle et l'usage des textiles.
Standardization of the following aspects of textiles, textile products and textile components of products: 1) test methods; 2) terms and definitions; 3) specifications, and if necessary classifications, in terms of their expected behaviour, in particular where required by other CEN Technical Committees or the CEC or EFTA. Equipment relevant for the testing and use of textiles.
