Scope
Normung von Analyseverfahren für den Nachweis und/oder der Bestimmung von - Zusatzstoffen, Rückständen, Biotoxinen und Kontaminanten in Lebensmitteln, - Nährstoffen in Lebensmitteln und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, - bestrahlten Lebensmitteln, - Lebensmittelallergenen und Substanzen in Lebensmitteln, die zu Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten führen, - gentechnisch veränderten Lebensmitteln. Im Allgemeinen erarbeitet CEN/TC 275 keine Normen zur Terminologie, aber manchmal zu Anforderungen/Kriterien für Methoden.
Standardization of methods of analysis for the detection and/or determination of - additives, residues, biotoxins and contaminants in food, - nutrients in food and food supplements, - irradiated foodstuffs, - food allergens and food substances causing intolerances, - genetically modified foodstuffs, In general, CEN/TC 275 does not elaborate standards on terminology, but sometimes on requirements/criteria for methods.
