Normalisation dans le domaine des produits d'assistance et des services connexes destinés à aider une personne à compenser des capacités réduites. Exclu : Produits d'assistance traités par d'autres comités techniques et comités de systèmes tels que l'accès aux moyens de transport (ISO/TC 8, 20, 22), la construction de bâtiments (ISO/TC 59), le mobilier (ISO/TC 136), les implants chirurgicaux (ISO/TC 150), les prothèses et orthèses (ISO/TC 168), l'optique et la photonique (ISO/TC 172), la sécurité électrique (IEC/TC 62), les prothèses auditives (IEC/TC 29), les technologies des TIC (JTC 1) et les principes de conception traités par l'ergonomie (ISO/TC 159) et l'assistance à la vie active (IEC SyCAAL).

Normung im Bereich Hilfsmittel und zugehöriger Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung einer Person beim Ausgleich eingeschränkter Fähigkeiten. Ausgeschlossen: Hilfsprodukte, die von anderen technischen Komitees und Systemkomitees behandelt werden, wie z. B. Zugang zu Verkehrsmitteln (ISO/TCs 8, 20, 22), Bauwesen (ISO/TC 59), Möbel (ISO/TC 136), Implantate für die Chirurgie (ISO/TC 150), Prothetik und Orthetik (ISO/TC 168), Optik und Photonik (ISO/TC 172), elektrische Sicherheit (IEC/TC 62), Hörgeräte (IEC/TC 29), IKT-Technologien (JTC 1) sowie Gestaltungsprinzipien, die von der Ergonomie (ISO/TC 159) und aktives unterstütztes Leben (IEC SyCAAL) behandelt werden.

Standaardisatie op het gebied van hulpmiddelen en gerelateerde diensten om een persoon te helpen bij het compenseren van verminderde vaardigheden. Uitgesloten: Hulpmiddelen die worden behandeld door andere technische commissies en systeemcommissies, zoals toegang tot vervoermiddelen (ISO/TC 8, 20, 22), bouwconstructie (ISO/TC 59), meubilair (ISO/TC 136), implantaten voor chirurgie (ISO/TC 150), prothesen en ortheses (ISO/TC 168), optica en fotonica (ISO/TC 172), elektrische veiligheid (IEC/TC 62), gehoorapparaten (IEC/TC 29), ICT-technologieën (JTC 1) en ontwerpbeginselen die worden behandeld door ergonomie (ISO/TC 159) en actief ondersteund wonen (IEC SyCAAL).
