Scope
Elaboration de documents CEN concernant les méthodes d'analyse applicables aux allergènes connus dans les matériaux et produits. Les allergènes présents dans les aliments, les médicaments, les protéines de latex naturel ou autres protéines, l'identification de nouveaux allergènes ainsi que les tests visant à déterminer le potentiel sensibilisant des allergènes sont exclus du domaine d'application du Comité Technique.
To develop CEN documents for analytical methods applicable to know allergens in materials and products. Allergens in food, medicinal products, natural latex proteins or other proteins, identification of new allergens, testing of sensitizing potential of allergens are excluded from scope of the TC.
