Scope
<p>Normalisation dans le domaine de l'information géographique numérique. </p><p></I>Ce travail vise à établir un ensemble structuré de normes pour l'information relative aux objets ou phénomènes directement ou indirectement associés à une localisation par rapport à la Terre. <P>Dans le cadre de l'information géographique, ces normes peuvent spécifier des méthodes, des outils et des services de gestion des données. La gestion des données comprend l'acquisition, le traitement, l'analyse, l'accès, la présentation et la publication de données pour les utilisateurs et les systèmes.</P> <p>Ce travail doit, dans la mesure du possible, être lié aux normes appropriées relatives aux technologies de l'information et aux données, et fournir un cadre pour le développement d'applications sectorielles utilisant les données géographiques.
<p>Standaardisatie op het gebied van digitale geografische informatie.</p><p></I>Dit werk beoogt een gestructureerde set standaarden vast te stellen voor informatie over objecten of verschijnselen die direct of indirect verband houden met een locatie ten opzichte van de aarde. <P>Binnen het bereik van geografische informatie kunnen deze standaarden methoden, tools en diensten voor databeheer specificeren. Onder databeheer wordt verstaan het verkrijgen, verwerken, analyseren, ontsluiten, presenteren en publiceren van data voor gebruikers en systemen.</P> <p>Het werk zal, waar mogelijk, aansluiten bij relevante standaarden voor informatietechnologie en data en een kader bieden voor de ontwikkeling van sectorspecifieke toepassingen die geografische data gebruiken.
<p>Standardization in the field of digital geographic information. </p><p></I>This work aims to establish a structured set of standards for information concerning objects or phenomena that are directly or indirectly associated with a location relative to the Earth. <P>Within the scope of geographic information, these standards may specify methods, tools, and services for data management. Data management is understood to include acquiring, processing, analyzing, accessing, presenting, and publishing data for users and systems </P> <p>The work shall link to appropriate standards for information technology and data where possible, and provide a framework for the development of sector-specific applications using geographic data.
Standardisierung im Bereich digitaler Geoinformationen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die Etablierung strukturierter Standards für Informationen zu Objekten oder Phänomenen, die direkt oder indirekt mit einem Standort relativ zur Erde verbunden sind. Im Rahmen der Geoinformationen können diese Standards Methoden, Werkzeuge und Dienste für das Datenmanagement festlegen. Unter Datenmanagement versteht man die Erfassung, Verarbeitung, Analyse, den Zugriff, die Präsentation und die Veröffentlichung von Daten für Nutzer und Systeme. Die Arbeit soll, soweit möglich, auf entsprechende Standards für Informationstechnologie und Daten verweisen und einen Rahmen für die Entwicklung branchenspezifischer Anwendungen mit Geodaten bieten.
