Scope
Normalisation des méthodes de caractérisation des boues et produits issus de la collecte des eaux pluviales, des matières de vidanges, des systèmes de collecte des eaux usées urbaines, des stations d'épuration des eaux usées et eaux industrielles assimilées (telles que définies par la Directive (91/271), des usines de production d'eau potable, des systèmes de distribution d'eau potable mais à l'exception des boues industrielles dangereuses. Sont incluses, les méthodes d'échantillonnage, les analyses physiques, chimiques et biologiques, nécessaires à la caractérisation des boues dans l'objectif de faciliter les discussions concernant le choix des procédures de traitement, d'utilisation et d'élimination. Est incluse, la rédaction de documents de bonne pratique pour la production, l'utilisation et l'élimination des boues. Le domaine d'application du TC prend en considération toutes les boues qui ont un impact similaire sur l'environnement et/ou la santé.
Standardization of the methods for characterizing and classifying sludges and products from storm water handling, night soil, urban waste water collection systems, waste water treatment plants for urban and similar industrial waters (as defined in EC directive 91/271), water supply treatment plants, water distribution systems, but excluding hazardous sludges from industry. Included are the sampling methods, physical, chemical and biological analyses required for characterizing these sludges with a view to facilitating decisions on the choice of the treatment procedures and of the utilization and disposal. Included is the drafting of good practice documents in the production; utilization and disposal of sludges. The scope of the TC considers all sludges that may have similar environmental and/or health impact.
