Water-tube boilers and auxiliary installations - Part 4: In-service boiler life expectancy calculations
This Part of the European Standard applies to water-tube boilers as defined in prEN 12952-1:1997. This part describes procedures for calculating the creep and/ or the fatigue damage of boiler components during operation. These calculations are not required to be carried out by the manufacturer as part of his responsibilities within this standard.
