Iron and steel - Ultrasonic testing of H beams with parallel flanges and IPE beams
This European Standard describes a reflection method for the ultrasonic testing of H beams with parallel flanges and IPE beams for the detection of presence of internal discontinuities. Mechanised, semi-automatic or automatic techniques may be used but should be agreed between the purchaser and the supplier.
