Geotextiles and geotextile-related products - Determination of resistance to penetration by water (hydrostatic pressure test)
Determination of the initial resistance of a dry geotextile or a dry geotextile-related product against water flow normally to the plane of the specimen. This resistance is defined by the water head required for the beginning of the flow. For open products such as geogrid and geonets, the test is not automatically applicable.
